We came to church on Sunday October 22, and found the 2nd story of our chapel had been burglarized. This was such a sick feeling to see so much damage. There obviously was no electricity or plumbing,
so we were unable to meet in the classrooms upstairs.
Someone had gotten in and stolen all of the wiring, copper pipes, plumbing fixtures, TV and piano keyboards.
There was water pouring into the bathroom. We have no idea how long it had been running, but luckily there was a drain in the floor. There is some damage in the walls of the bathroom downstairs just below.
We were happy that the contractors were able to repair the damage
and had the church ready to meet in on the next Sunday.
